I size a campground website to the park you actually run. Pick the size that fits the season you're heading into, and the number I quote is the number on your invoice.
Starter
$2,800
For a park that needs one clear, current place online.
- A home page, a page about the park, a sites-and-rates page, a photo gallery, and a contact page
- Every page written for you: plain-language copy, optimized for search engines, in the language a camper actually searches
- Built mobile-first, because most of your inquiries start on a phone with one bar of signal
- An inquiry form that arrives in your inbox with the dates, the rig length, and the site type already filled in
- A content management system so you can change rates, open dates, and closures yourself
- Your domain, your hosting account, and every file registered in your business name
Grow
$4,500
For a park with several site types, cabins or units to sell, and a season worth explaining properly.
- Everything in Starter
- Up to ten pages, including a dedicated one for each site type or unit you rent
- A photo gallery organized by loop or section, so a guest can see the actual area they're booking into
- A news or events page you can update yourself when the schedule changes
- Amenity, rules, and directions pages written to cut your phone-call volume
Complete
$7,500
For a park running memberships, seasonal contracts, or a long inquiry funnel.
- Everything in Grow
- An application or waitlist flow built for seasonal and member sites, not for nightly stays
- A member-facing area for rules, renewals, notices, and the documents people lose every spring
- Structure deep enough to add site types, a second property, or a whole new season later without a rebuild
How many nights pay for the site?
Pick a size and enter your average nightly rate. This is arithmetic on a fixed price, not a promise about bookings.
Divide the price of the size you are considering by your average nightly rate to see how many paid nights it takes.
Who owns what
Every size is yours, full stop. The domain, the hosting account, and every file are registered to your business from day one, not to me. If you ever decide to move the site to somebody else, you can, and I'll help you pack it up.
How payment works
Every size is a one-time fee, not a monthly bill. Financing is available too: 0% interest over 24 months for qualified clients. Just ask when we talk.
Pricing in Canadian dollars
Pricing is shown in USD. See Canadian-dollar pricing → Engagements are invoiced in US dollars unless we agree otherwise in writing before the work starts.

Which size fits
Not sure? Email hello@campgroundwebdesigner.com with your park's name and what you rent, and I'll tell you which size I'd pick before you commit to anything. Most independent parks only need Starter. The guides cover the decisions that come first.
Also need the other half?
If the site is fine but Google still shows the wrong hours or category, Campground SEO is the sister practice, same person, fixed prices.
